Pet Food Pantry

The Humane Society for Greater Savannah Pet Food Pantry aims to provide temporary assistance for those who have fallen on challenging times. For residents of Savannah and surrounding counties who are struggling to feed their pets, HSGS will assist by providing a one-time monthly pet food supply for up to 6 months.

The pantry is made possible by the generous contributions of local community members and businesses. We rely solely on these donations to supply pet food requests, so please be aware supplies may be limited.

Food is distributed at our Adoption Center at 7215 Sallie Mood Drive, Savannah, GA 31406. Once signed up, you will receive updates on the schedule and availability of food donations.

How to apply for temporary pet food assistance:

Please fill out the Pet Food Assistance application below. Applications must be submitted and approved to receive assistance through this program. Once the application is submitted, you will receive further instructions for next steps. Paper applications are available at the Adoption Center upon request.
