If your pet has been to Pet Fix Savannah for spay/neuter or to our vaccine clinic you can access your pet’s records using the link below.

After clicking the link, enter the phone number OR email address attached to your pet’s records at our clinic. You will receive a two-factor authentication code via text or via email based on which contact method you choose. Enter that code on the screen, select the pets you would like records for and you will receive a link to the records via text or email.
